Big wait times to collect the van (more than 40 minutes and I was the only customer apparently the van wasn’t ready), missing sack barrow and was charged for fuel, even though it was returned with a full tank. Do not recommend them Edit: I’ve been contacted by Sixt UK support and have been refunded the owed amount, therefore I’ll update the review to be 4 out of 5 stars.

Easy 5* for Sixt @ Caledonian Road! Pickup & return was super smooth, damages were willingly shown to me and staff at the pickup lot were informative of the functions of the van. Agent at the front desk was covering from another branch and STILL handled everything with ease; even though they were struggling for available vans, I drove away in something that suited my needs. Invoice & return of deposit was rapid too! Would definitely recommend to friends & family
