Due to previous experience with other companies on previous occasions I expected this to be an unpleasant experience that had to be endured in order to get a car. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the staff were not pushy, and that they were extremely polite. This was not only at the desk but also on the phone when I needed an extension, all the people I spoke to in the return area and the drivers of the courtesy buses. I will certainly use the company again in the hope of a repeat of this standard of customer care.

Car and service was good but I wouldn't recommend Sixt at Heathrow Airport because of the outcast position on Terminal 5.

Great service .... once you manage to find the rental desk! It's not well sign posted as you have to actually walk into the Hotel Sofitel to get to the rental desk. Maybe more signage at the exit if the lifts would help!

Always helpful staff, letting me pick the car up slightly early. Sadly this branch got shut by my return date and I had to return it to T5 but managed to rearrange the drop-off time to fit with another flight.
