Very happy with the service on collection of the vehicle, baby seat was installed into the car. Picked it up with no issues. On return we were running late as we had our 10 week old daughter with us. Staff were super helpful, I left my glasses in the car and they even shipped them back to Melbourne for us. We were very thankful for this, but they forgot to mention that we were going to be charged for another day (we were an hour late)! I was very disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned to us they just took money from us without asking.

Pick up and drop off was quck and easy, they staff were very helpful. Booth is located close to T1 exit with other car hire offices. Our initial car selection wasn't available, but they immediately gave us an upgrade for free and we had a fantastic and spacious car for the week. Will definitely hire from again.
