After an 11 hour flight, one can only imagine how physically and mentally exhausted one can be. Arriving at the front desk of Sixt car rental it all changed with the bright and pleasant smile of Muhammad, he really was pleasant to speak to, polite and just overall a great agent!! He really made checking out smooth, explained al my options very well and also all of my questions. Really we need more of this young man in the work force and world! I hope that he always continues to smile and be a happy person, because my first time in Zurich and I am happy because he was my first encounter!!! Thank you, and God bless.
