We are in terminals 1 and 4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport for your convenience. Our counters can be found in Terminal 1 on the ground floor and Terminal 4 on floor 1. If you arrive in Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, you can take the free shuttle bus located on the departure level to the other terminals. To return your car to Terminal 1, look for the Rent a Car Parking entrance to the garage next to arrivals and park in the SIXT parking area. To return your car to Terminal 4, follow the signs for arrivals and then look for P4 and Car Rental signs. You can park your car in the SIXT parking area.
