Hi SIXT DOHA, I would like to commend MAN PRASAD your kind hearted Nepali car coordinator in Hamad International Airport a heartfelt thank you for being so nice and considerate to solve a past issue regarding the car that we booked which was downgraded upon receiving it on the day of the booked day. We booked a Kia K5 to Kia Kushaq. And with our next rent, he upgraded us to a higher car level to resolve the past issue and gave us a longer grace period upon return. He’s really a very accommodating and helpful staff, please keep him in your company as he is such a great employee.
