If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have gone to Sixt. Fortunately I didn't have any issues, I arrived on Good Friday and was attended to rather helpfully by Raed who was pleasant and explained things convincingly enough for the lease to happen. I'm waiting to see what they deduct from the deposit for the fuel which isn't as full as it was when I filled it up yesterday intending to return the car yesterday. But so far so good, quite simple. I did find that their prices are higher at the desk than they were online, and the explorer it should online was not available. But they still get the full 5 star for the customer experience. The Manager who I also met was similarly v helpful and played along with my jokes about the chocolate. A pleasant experience in all.

I had a great experience with this location. They didn't have Tycen for one way rental which is understandable but they arranged for a brand new BMW XI that was great for long road trips. The representative was very accommodating and polite. It is sad to see these discouraging negative feedbacks for such a great brand name. Please note SIXT is the only rental company that grantees vehicle make/model and mostly offer brand new luxury or sport cars at competitive prices. If you are looking for cheap car, I suggest go with Budget rental. Also when you don't know how to drive and damage these pristine cars, you have to pay. Stop nagging. Many thanks to SIXT management for their excellent business model and appreciate their super nice representatives. Thank you.
