Got a good deal, car upgrade and was impeccable, staff were extremely helpful and quick overall. Rental agreement had all details of vehicle with previous minor damages, so no issue in that matter too, deposit refund was almost immediately after return. Good job, keep it ilip Sixt team

Rented a car for a week at the airport and wanted a small car keeping in mind the driving conditions in the region. I was offered a Mini Cooper C as an upgrade at no extra cost, which I could not deny. The lady at the counter was very polite and professional and was listening to what I asked for. Also offered me insurance with full coverage (additional cost)
The car return was very easy too. The lady there was very professional and friendly as well. The location is right in the airport building. So one walks max 5 minutes to the departures after parking.
All in all I had a wonderful experience with Sixt and will rent with them again.
