Julia was phenomenal in helping us find an appropriate replacement car rental following a disastrous experience with another car leasing company with a hybrid vehicle. Julia understood our need for a large low vehicle that could accommodate my wheelchair and luggage so we could continue on our honeymoon. She found a Peugeot 508 Diesel which was just what we needed. Her compassion and understanding made us feel valued and helped reduce our previous stress.

Sixt tend to be a bit pricier but you get what you pay for. Renting cars at Naples airport is a challenge for anyone who has been there! Sixt booth right next to arrivals exit with courteous and helpful staff. Car we ordered wasn’t available so some dexterity required to fit us and bags into the one we got. Vehicle and service otherwise excellent. Return also excellent - the only one signed and next to terminal. You will see why this is important when you visit Naples… Have used Sixt in ‘less manic’ locations before and their service equally good.
