Friendly staff, stunning vehicle. However we chose an IWAR vehicle ( intermediate wagon automatic with air conditioning) equivalent to a Peugeot 508 SW as a family of 4 for boot space. We ended up with an amazing Mercedes CL 300 de wagon, but an hybrid version with an absurd 360L of bootspace, which is less than a Gold hatch! We ended up exptremely cramped and had to offload some luggages at a family location on our way out. This was very deceptive and proved a stress point on pick up as we were offered to pay for bigger category if we did not fit. Hybrids are a real problem with rental these days as it totally trumps car categories selection. On pick up, staff admitted the family just before us who ended up renting that same vehicle experienced the same conundrum!

I recently rented a BMW X5 from Sixt for three days at Paris CDG Airport, Terminal 1, and, as always, had an outstanding experience! This wasn’t my first time renting from Sixt, and once again, they delivered top-notch service. When I first picked up the car, a super patient and helpful lady assisted me, and although I don’t remember her name, her positive attitude made the process seamless. Upon returning the car, I was greeted by Aravinthan K, the parking lot service agent, whose friendliness and upbeat attitude truly stood out. Their positivity made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Sixt, and I will continue to choose them for future rentals!
