This was our first car rental experience. We were slightly afraid of renting a car with the negative reviews and the reputation of car rental in general. Considering the partner company offered a debit card deposit, we ended up picking this company.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young woman. She spoke English fluently, which made communication much easier. We had a chat about our travel plans and how we were going to Disney. Nice chat, and nice to see a cheerful young person at the desk. We initially stood at the Hertz desk, and the greeting was a lot less friendly there.
We received a brand new Citroen C3, with Android auto on it. The car was up to standard, with only some minor spots on the paint and rim from previous drivers. The car had several safety features and cruise control, which made it a relaxed drive into Paris.
Good experience, would recommend.
