Excellent customer service from Mathieu! He spoke perfect English (I speak some French but I always appreciate when English is an option!) All details were very clear and consistent from start to finish. The car was spotless, easy to use and had a built in navigation system which was SOO helpful! Very small scratches on the passenger door from a previous renter were noted so that I didn’t get charged for any damages. The parkade for pick up and drop off is very easy and accessible and all staff were friendly and helpful and got me on my way very quickly. Thank you SIXT and Mathieu!! You made my time in Nice even better!

Hassle free. Getting the car and returning it was smooth. Car condition was fine too. However, we pre-booked and prepaid online for a Mini. When we were there to pick up our car, we were informed that there was no Mini available. Understand that it was “Mini or equivalent” but if the option of Mini was provided and prepaid to book it, it should be reserved for the customer.
