I’ve rented so many cars in life and it’s always just an unnecessarily painful experience. This wasn’t at all. The staff were so helpful and really went the extra mile. Car was amazing (even on the roads in Monte Verde). There was no wait time at all and after looking around Sixt was far cheaper! My only regret was not going direct and doing this through a third party. A learning for next time.
