Fast service. We called ahead to find out which car we would be getting and requested that we have a car suitable for a small family with pushchair and luggage etc. An ideal sized car was reserved for us. Sasho, at the office when we arrived, check us in and took us out to the car. The car was tidy and spacious. We were thrilled at the rental price and also the car we got. 600EUR was held against our car for deposit but this was released on the day we gave the car back. Would definitely use again. The only thing I would comment on was the quality of the car seat for our 1 year old which we rented along with the car. Coming from the UK where child car safety is absolutely essential, the car seat offered at Sixt was not nearly passable as a child seat in the UK. However, we didn't expect it to be the same as the ones in the UK. It did the job throughout our holiday but we always had an adult in the back with the baby as he seemed to be able to wriggle out of the seat easily. We may consider bringing our own seat next time. Was very impressed at how quickly our deposit was released - within 2 hours of dropping off the car!

I've had perfect experience with Sixt on my trip to Bulgaria: my flight was delayed and another car rental agency (I booked a car in advance with them) said that "we don't have a car for you". So I went to Sixt and rented on the spot. At the end of my trip I had an accident (I hit the bottom of the engine with a rock) and Sixt handled it in an exceptional manner: they evacuated the damaged car and brought me to the Bourgas.
So I can definitely can recommend to use Sixt in your trips
