Both Chris & Kelly were absolute pleasures to deal with. In my opinion, though there were a couple various online car hire options that were a couple dollars cheaper, I’d always just rather deal with friendly people with a sense of humour.
We hired a little 1 tonne van to move some furniture and it was in great condition, with the condition report being super thorough to the point the tiniest mark was noted before hire. We were able to fit loads in the van, and the fuel economy (with it being a 2024) was ridiculously good, which saved us some dollars.
When I forgot my keys we hired another car to make it back to Tarrengower (cheaper than a taxi) and once again fantastic condition and Kelly helped us even though it was nigh on closing time and we were a bit stressed about how to get home. This was a little Suzuki Baleno that cost literally $6 to fill up after driving it roughly 100km’s. Amazing.
