I had a very wonderful experience with Sixt Blacktown and that’s when I lost my wallet on the 23rd of Feb. I was so worried because all my cards were there. But didn’t bother cancelling it as there were no suspicios activities being made. Thinking I may have misplaced it at home. And then just yesterday 21st of March after almost a month had passed, Nathan from Sixt Penrith rang me saying he’s got my wallet and will be dropping it off to Sixt Blacktown so I can claim it. Knowing that my wallet was lost, Halla of Sixt Blacktown immediately rang me telling me that my wallet has been dropped off by Nathan and is ready for pickup. I couldn’t explain how happy I am when I knew that my wallet has been found.
Many thanks to the whole staff of Sixt blacktown especially Halla and Madev who always goes the extra mile just to make sure they give the best service. And of course Nathan of Sixt Penrith for being so respectful and honest.
In total we’ve rented 3 vehicles in 3 weeks and I’m very pleased with my experience and the service they’ve provided. Definitely would recommend Sixt.
